What is it? Since October 2025, TAI has hosted a Community of Practice on resourcing civil society.
This CoP is a learning and co-creation platform for funders exploring mechanisms that can support civil society’s reinvention and resilience. It aims to inform, improve, and strengthen accountable, equitable, and effective funding practices that support local civil society. Through peer learning and collaboration, funders can identify common challenges and shared priorities, exchange adaptation strategies, and explore opportunities for coordinated action.
An open invitation. If you are a philanthropic funder navigating these questions and looking for a space to learn with peers, we invite you to become part of this Community of Practice.
And if you are part of the broader ecosystem—an intermediary organization, civil society actor, researcher, or practitioner—and there are issues or perspectives you believe funders should be considering in this space, we would be grateful to learn from your experiences and insights.
